Our Services

Practical sourcing and procurement support

We help you find aircraft parts in the United States and coordinate the steps between your requirement and delivery.

Confirmed for each request

Availability, condition, documentation, pricing, and delivery timing are confirmed separately for each request. Nothing is assumed until a supplier confirms it in writing.

  1. 01

Aircraft parts sourcing from U.S. suppliers

Share what you need and we reach out to potential U.S. suppliers to check whether a suitable part can be located. If we cannot find a match, we tell you plainly.

  2. 02

    Supplier inquiries and quotation coordination

We handle the back-and-forth with suppliers, gather quotations, and present the options in a clear format so you can compare them and decide.

  3. 03

Matching requests to part numbers and specifications

If you do not yet have an exact part number, send us the aircraft, the part description, and any photos or documents. We work with you and suppliers to confirm the correct part before anything moves forward.

  4. 04

    Condition and traceability documentation

We request the condition information and traceability documentation available from each supplier and pass it to you for review, so you can assess it against your own requirements.

  5. 05

    Procurement follow-up and order updates

After you approve an option, we follow up with the supplier and share regular updates on order status, so you always know where things stand.

  6. 06

Coordination with shipping and logistics providers

We work with shipping and logistics providers to help arrange delivery to your destination, and share the information you need to plan for receipt and import.

What we don’t do

Honest about our role

  • We do not hold inventory. Parts are sourced from third-party suppliers on a request-by-request basis.
  • We cannot guarantee that every requested part can be located, or that it will be available in a specific condition or timeframe.
  • Supplier documentation is passed to you as provided. Please review it against your own airworthiness and quality requirements.

Have a part you need to locate?

Send us the details, even if you don't have the exact part number yet. We'll review your requirement and get back to you about next steps.
